THIS IS SILK dispatches all orders from within the United Kingdom and the United States.

Orders within the United Kingdom and the United States enjoy free shipping.

Orders are dispatched during working hours, Monday to Friday, within 48 hours of being placed. During busy periods this may take longer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

THIS IS SILK pays all customs and duties, so the price you pay is final. 

We ask that you monitor your emails as we occasionally require further information from you when your orders are crossing borders. 

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Our carriers are subject to change, but generally speaking we use Royal Mail for the United Kingdom, USPS for the United States and FEDEX for Europe and the Rest of the World.

SHIPPING TIMES

These times are subject to carrier delays, but on the whole, UK and US orders should take 2-3 days, European orders will take upto 7 days and the Rest of the World will take between 7-10 days. 

RETURNS POLICY

We accept all unopened parcels within 30 days of receipt. Please contact evie@thisissilk.com with your order number so that the team may assist you.
